Here’s how to make coffee jelly 2 ways. It’s an easy recipe if you want to have coffee jelly for bubble (milk) tea drink add-ins or as a plain dessert. Coffee jelly in drinks are very popular in Asia and can be used instead of BOBA.

Ingredients:

-2 Starbucks VIA coffee packets
-2 cups of boiling water
-3 Tablespoons, brown sugar
-2 packets of Knox Gelatin

I recommend using DECAF coffee so you don’t stay up all night ; )
