Hey Homebakers! For the whole month of November, we will be talking about Coffee Shop Desserts. For our first episode, here’s the recipe for the highly requested, Chocolate Chip Cookies. Have fun baking!
Recipe:
115g Butter (1/2cup)
150g Brown Sugar (3/4cup)
100g Granulated White Sugar (1/2cup)
1 Large Egg
1tsp Vanilla extract
240g All-Purpose Flour (2cups)
1tbsp Cornstarch
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Salt (if using unsalted butter)
170g Chocolate Chips/Chunks (1cup)
Notes:
1. You can add in your choice of nuts
2. You can store your cookie dough in a ziplock or air tight container and freeze it for up to 3mos.
3. Scoop size for this video: 6cm
