Let’s make stroopwafels with espresso caramel together! This little Dutch dessert is one of my all-time favorite things and hopefully it can be yours too.

Stroopwafel iron I’m using:

The final list of ingredients that I used:
– Stroopwafel Dough –
250g flour
1tsp active dry yeast
1tsp cinnamon
120g granulated sugar
4tbsp unsalted butter
55g warm water

– Espresso Caramel –
30g water
180g brown sugar
6tbsp butter
90g dark corn syrup (you can substitute maple syrup if you’d like)
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp instant espresso powder (adjust to taste)
1tsp vanilla paste (adjust to taste)
